Bullets Turn Back Red Devils in Season Finale

(Gettysburg, Pa.) – The Dickinson volleyball suffered a 3-0 setback in the season finale at Gettysburg on Saturday afternoon.

The Red Devils had strong showings in the first and third sets, taking the Bullets to scores of 25-21 while the hosts claimed the second 25-14.

Junior setter Kristin Allgaier (Reston, Va./South Lakes) finished with 13 assists, seven digs and a pair of kills to lead the way for Dickinson.

Sophomore Emma Lange (Jupiter, Fla./Benjamin) tallied six kills while Hanna Riley (Littlestown, Pa./Littlestown) added five kills and a pair of blocks.

Junior Tatiana Lopez (Guaynabo, Puerto Rico/Colegio Puertorriqueno de Ninas) recorded 10 digs while Christina Chu (Hartsdale, N.Y./Ardsley) and Jamie Singer (Livingston, N.J./Golda Och) each had seven. Jenna Schumann (Plymouth Meeting, Pa./Germantown Academy) added six digs and three kills.

The Red Devils finish the season 15-10 overall and 4-6 in the Centennial Conference.
