Women's T&F Earns Multiple All-Conference Honors

(Carlisle, Pa.) – The Dickinson women's track & field team combined to earn 13 All-Centennial Conference honors at the 2019 Outdoor Championships.

Sophomore Emma Johnston (Media, Pa./Strath Haven) led the way, earning First-team honors in the 10,000-meters and ran to Second-team recognition in the 5000.

Junior Sarah House (Merrimack, N.H./Merrimack) followed Johnston with Second-team honors and Tessa Cassidy (Brunswick, Maine/Brunswick) gave the Red Devils a sweep, placing third to earn honorable mention.

Sophomore Isabel Cardi (Media, Pa./Strath Haven) ran to Second-team honors with the 4x800 relay and received honorable mention in the 1500 and 5000-meters.

Cardi was joined by classmates Allyson Yanega (Center Valley, Pa./Southern Lehigh) and Sarah Yanega (Center Valley, Pa./Southern Lehigh) and first-year Lilianna Matala (Schenectady, N.Y./Notre Dame-Bishop Gibbons).

Senior Naji Thompson (Springfield, N.J./Oak Knoll) received honorable mention with a third-place finish and junior Natalie Suess (New Egypt, N.J./New Egypt) was third in the high jump.

First-year Analisa Groble (Cherry Hill, N.J./Cherry Hill East) earned honorable mention in the javelin.
