Women's Squash Lands at 18 in CSA Poll

NEW YORK - The Dickinson women's squash team ranks 18th in the newest College Squash Association poll as announced by the organization earlier this week.

The Red Devils currently sit at 1-3 after defeating Chatham (6-0), and suffering defeats to Drexel (0-9), Franklin & Marshall (3-6), and University of Pennsylvania (0-9). Amna Fayyaz has held down the No. 1 slot for Dickinson going 2-2 beating out Audrey Berling (F&M) and Sofia Ramos (Chatham). Lindsay Kuracina at the No. 3 spot and Eloise Nimoityn in the No. 5 role both have two wins as well.  Whitney Finney, Anna O'Connor, and Courtney Trail all picked up wins against Chatham in the Devils 6-0 win. 

The Top-5 teams in women's college squash are Harvard University, Trinity College, Princeton University, Yale University, and the University of Virginia.

Dickinson returns to the Penn Squash Center on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania tomorrow for two matches against Amherst College (9 a.m.) and Bates College (7 p.m.)
