Women's Golf in Fourth After Day One of Centennial Championships

HONEY BROOK, Pa. - The Dickinson women's golf team shot a combined score of 365 to sit in fourth place after day one of the Centennial Conference championships at Honeybrook Golf Club.

Himeno Yamane was the top Devil on the afternoon firing a 16-over 87 on the 5514-yard par 71 course. Both Jillian Graff and Charlotte Hancox carded 92s to finish in a tie for 17th. Mia Henry had a solid day as well shooting a 94 to be in a two-way tie for 20th. Olivia Chae rounded out the scorecards for the Red and White after heading to the 19th-hole with a 106.

Jessica Lamarca from Ursinus College leads the field after an eight-over 79. However, her lead is tenuous as three other players are within a shot of her. Gettysburg College leads the team standings with a 342, followed by Marymount (347), Franklin & Marshall (359), Dickinson (365), Muhlenberg (379), Ursinus (381), Cabrini (406), and McDaniel (447).

Dickinson returns to Honeybrook Golf Club tomorrow beginning at 12:30 p.m. for the final day of the Centennial Conference championship.
