Red Devil Men Roll to 8-1 Win

(CARLISLE, Pa.) – The Dickinson men's tennis team rolled to a big win over visiting McDaniel College, 8-1, on Wednesday afternoon.

Joey Bolanos (San Salvador, El Salvodor/Escualas American) and Romano De Caprio (Darien, Conn./Darien) won the top doubles flight, 8-4.

Garrick Adams (Kensington, Md./Bethesda-Chevy Chase) and Chris Rinehart (Radnor, Pa./Radnor) claimed the second by the same score and the Red Devils won the third flight by default.

Leonid Sorkin (St. Petersburg, Russia/U. of Nebraska H.S.) won the top flight in straight sets with Thomas Griffin (Clifton, Va./Woodberry Forest) winning the third (6-0, 6-0) and Levi Veleanu (Philadelphia, Pa./Springside Chestnut Hill Academy) taking the fourth (6-0, 6-1).

The Red Devils improve to 1-5 on the season. They are on the road on Saturday, traveling to Washington College.
