Red Devils Finish in Fifth Place at Gettysburg

ABBOTTSTOWN, Pa. - The Dickinson men's golf team shot a combined 308 on day two of the Battle at the Burg hosted by Gettysburg College at Hanover Country Club on Monday. The Red Devils posted a two-day total of 612 to earn a fifth-place team finish. 

Drew Stern had an impressive day shaving 11 shots off of his score from yesterday carding a two-over 73. Colin McMahon-Shea cut one stroke off his mark shooting 77, while Bo Concannon chopped his score down to 78 from 81 on Sunday. It was a rough day for both Tyler Tornoe and Peter Lown who added to their totals from yesterday posting 80 and 82 respectively.

The host Bullets won the team title putting up a two-day total of 583 to hold off Stevens Institute of Technology by nine strokes. The Ducks did get a measure of revenge with Eddie Sot claiming the individual crown by three strokes over Gettysburg's Cameron Deiuliis.

The Red Devils will return to the course on Saturday when they take part in the McDaniel Mason Dixon Shootout at The Bridges Golf Club in Abbottstown at 9:30 a.m.
