Lown, Red Devils Finish Third at Centennial Conference Championships

(HERSHEY, Pa.) – The Dickinson men's golf team finished third at the 2021 Centennial Conference Championship on Sunday.

Sophomore Peter Lown (Portsmouth, N.H./Portsmouth) had a great tournament, finishing third overall with back-to-back rounds of 77, sinking lone birdies on the front and back nine on Sunday.

Junior Drew Stern (Yardley, Pa./St. Joseph's Prep) had a top-10 finish, tying for ninth overall with a score of 160 (77-83).

Sophomore Will Giguere (Providence, R.I./The Wheeler School) dropped six strokes off his score from Saturday to finish at 164 (85-79).

William McCann (Madison, N.J./Morristown Beard) improved four strokes to finish in the top-20 with rounds of 86 and 82 for a 168. Schuyler Leff (Bethel, Maine/Gould Academy) carded an 89 on Sunday to finish at an even 180.

Franklin & Marshall slipped in front of Gettysburg for the team title. The Bullets went 311-314 while F&M combined for scores of 314 and 310 for a one-stroke victory.

Gettysburg's Quinn Greene won the individual title with a score of (71-77-148).
