Red Devils Place Sixth at Rosemont Invite

(Downingtown, Pa.) – The Dickinson men's golf team finished sixth in the 18-team field at the Rosemont Invitational on Saturday and Sunday at the Downingtown Country Club. Gettysburg captured the team title with rounds of 296-288-584. The Red Devils went 317-310-627.

First-year Drew Stern (Yardley, Pa./St. Joseph's Prep) shot a 74 to finish with a 151 to tied for 13th.

Sophomore Tyler Caballero (Lutherville, Md./St. Paul's School) and senior Stephen Bonacci (McLean, Va./Langley) carded rounds of 78 to finish with a 154 and 158, respectively.

First-years Justin Shim (Herndon, Va./Paul VI Catholic) went from an 83 to a 79 on Sunday and Jacob Liberman (Wayne, Pa./Friends' Central) dropped six strokes to an 80.

Francis Randazzo (Summit, N.J./Morristown-Beard) had an 82 to match Liberman with a 166 for the tournament.

Gettysburg's Danny Harcourt followed an opening round of 69 with a 67 to earn medalist honors.

The Red Devils travel to the Gettysburg Invitational on Tuesday.
