Red Devils Claim Fifth and Sixth at Home Invite

(Carlisle, Pa.) – The Dickinson men's golf team placed fifth and sixth at its 12-team home Invitational on Monday afternoon at the Carlisle Barracks Golf Course.

The Red Devils combined for team scores of 317 and 319 to finish behind team champion Gettysburg (298), McDaniel College (312), Eastern University (313) and just one stroke behind Stevenson (316).

First-year Chan Park (Old Tappan, N.J./Northern Valley Old Tappan) led the Dickinson red squad with a low-round of 76 to tie for sixth in the individual standings.

The Red Devil white squad edged the red by two strokes. Schuyler Leff (Bethel, Maine/Gould Academy) carded a 77 with Stephen Bonacci (McLean, Va./Langley) and Jacob Liberman (Wayne, Pa./Friends' Central) both coming in with rounds of 79.

Drew Stern (Yardley, Pa./St. Joseph's Prep) and Vince Warzecha (Chester Springs, Pa./Malvern Prep) added scores of 82 and 83, respectively.

Sophomore Tyler Caballero (Lutherville, Pa./St. Paul's) turned in a round of 80 and William McCann (Madison, N.J./Morristown-Beard) carded an 81 for the red team.

Francis Randazzo (Summit, N.J./Morristown-Beard) and Justin Shim (Herndon, Va./Paul VI Catholic) each had scores of 82 while Tim Schneider (Pittsburgh, Pa./Pittsburgh Central Catholic) finished with a 92 on the day.

The Red Devils return to action this weekend, traveling to the McDaniel College Spring Invitational on Saturday and Sunday.
